Withington's Director of Development has been on the board of governors for Springfield Primary School, Sale since 2015.

Background

Our staff member has been a governor at Springfield School since November 2015. She has two children at the school and is currently Chair of the Finance and Asset Management committee.

There are 680 children at Springfield Primary School, all of whom benefit from our staff member's input in the school’s governance. 

In her contributions to the governing body, our staff member helps ensure high standards of achievement for all pupils at the school. This is done by assisting in the setting of the school’s vision, ethos and strategic direction and by monitoring the academic achievement of pupils.
