Royal Society of Chemistry Schools' Analyst Competition

Charterhouse hosted two other schools for the Schools' Analyst Competition in 2022, with teams tasked with finding the perfect formula for fish and chips.

Charterhouse staff time - two hours of lab technician time, around two hours of administrative support and around 5 hours of teaching time.

Charterhouse also provided lunches

Charterhouse funded all costs at around £550

Pupil Involvement

A total of nine Year 12 pupils (three from each school) and two teachers from each school.

Frequency

It was a single event for the Royal Society Competition but we anticipate repeating this for other activities in future.
