The Seashell Trust

The Manchester Grammar School and The Seashell Trust, a special school, work together in a partnership that sees volunteers from MGS help children with communications difficulties at the Trust.

Background

There is a long history of a relationship between The Manchester Grammar School and The Seashell Trust, stretching back to 2000.

Pupil Involvement

10 pupils from MGS a year take part, drawn from Years 12-13.

Frequency

Volunteering takes place weekly, three times a year. Boys volunteer for up to two hours.
