Pastoral Care Conference

The Pastoral Care Conference: Take Control - Empowering Pupils and Supporting Wellbeing was led by the Deputy Head Pastoral who encouraged staff to be aware of pastoral support.

Aims

The aim is to teach staff about safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral support.

Resources

The resources were the school venue, staff, time, staff expertise and experience. Cost £100 per person.

Impact

The impact was that staff gained and shared knowledge about wellbeing.
