Chemistry Lecture

Chemistry lecture was delivered by a former pupil in his second year of Chemistry at Oxford University.

Aims

The aim was to give pupils in Year 11,12 and 13 an opportunity to hear about chemistry at University from a pupil who is currently studying it at Oxford.

Background

The pupil who was taught A level Chemistry at Forest School wanted to come back to give a talk to help inspire pupils to consider Chemistry as a degree.

Resources

The resources were staff time and the schools venue.

Impact

Pupils gave verbal feedback and expressed that they enjoyed the event.
