Leadership Conference

Students participate in leadership conference which involves pupils from maintained and independent school partners. 

Aims

To teach students about how to take leadership roles.

Background

The event takes place annually to promote leadership skills.

Resources

Use of staff time, speeches and sessions from DH Pastoral and Head of Sixth Form, use of venue. 

Impact

The students developed leadership skills and went away able to take up their pupil leadership roles having had an opportunity to relect on the impact they could have.

Year 11, 12 & 13 mixed genders, maintained and independent school partners.
