Science Teacher Hub

Science coordinators meet each term to discuss topics such as teaching strategies, scientific enquiry, science assessment, wider opportunities and useful organisations and provide peer to peer support.

To provide science coordinators with professional support for developing science leadership, teaching and learning. 

Background

This hub meeting is to provide a continuation of the benefits of the Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) for the teachers involved. They are all science coordinators who have previously carried out the PSQM with us are keen to continue to receive support post PSQM.

Refreshments and time for preparation. 

Impact

The project impact on the partner schools is having a new initiative and the impact on Wimbledon High is gaining new ideas from other schools to put into action back at WHS, benefitting all pupils and staff.
