Catering experiences

We offer secondary food/catering pupils the opportunity to visit a professional kitchen during its food prep stage and to discuss careers and progression with the chef manager.

Up to 20 pupils visit our off-site kitchen at Birley's.

To broaden pupil understanding of catering as a job, and the pathways that exist as a career.
