Protest! by Fuel, Imaginate, and Northern Stage

Over the course of two days, Fuel performed to 729 children across 15 local schools during Children's Mental Health Week, covering important themes including prejudice, the climate crisis and gender inequality.

Aims

To give children across Nottingham access to live theatre.

To host a travelling theatre company.

To highlight the importance of 'My Voice Matters' during Children's Mental Health Week.

Resources

Nottingham Girls' High School's onsite theatre, The Squire Performing Arts Centre.

2 x Internal staff involved - NGHS support staff and 1 x theatre staff.

Impact

Feedback was given verbally and in written thanks from schools. Fuel theatre are compiling their own independent feedback and will report to the school.
