High Five Netball Programme 2025

Every year we work with a local primary school to provide weekly netball coaching through our PE department and Senior School Netball Ambassadors. It is open to both boys and girls and we provide transport to and from the school. 

The weekly coaching ends with a full day Netball tournament featuring all local school who would like to attend. In 2025, our tournament featured 20 local schools and 200 students. 

Aims

To share our school facilities and sports coaching talent with the wider community. 

Resources

We use our PE department staff for facilitation and safeguarding, but the coaching is mainly done by girls from Y9-11 who are talented netball players and sports scholars. 

We use both our indoor and outdoor sports facilities. 

Impact

We rely on feedback from the local schools. 

Pupil Involvement

Boys and girls can take part - mainly Years 5 and 6. 

Frequency

This is an annual event.
