Year 5 Physics Challenge

To maintain links between Nottingham High School and the community, and to promote physics to primary children.

This is an annual event that has been running for around 8-10 years.

All paid for out of the schools budget, resources and catering.

We use all of the Physics labs/equipment for the event that runs from approximately 09:30 - 15:00.

Many students attend Open Days off the back of this and other events. Drives pupils towards the bursary scheme and social mobility.

Year 5 students. Primarily targeted at state schools, but some independent schools attend.

Annual, 09:30 - 15:00 during 'exam week' in June.
