Theatre Company Workshop

To provide an opportunity for local Year 12 students to participate in a professional workshop with Gecko Theatre Company. 

Aims

The aim of the partnership was to provide an opportunity for the Year 12 students at the Minster School to participate in a professional workshop with Gecko Theatre Company. This outreach also enabled our own Year 12 students to work with other students who study A-level Drama. 

Background

The school's Head of Drama identified this opportunity and made contact with the Head of Drama at The Minster School. This was the first year it happened.

The financial cost to the school was £677.46. 

Impact

This workshop supports a deep investigation of the Drama curriculum. It also strengthens students' creativity skills.
