Aims

To offer insight and knowledge in the capacity of School Governor, for a local junior and senior school. 

Background

The teacher has been a governor at The Minster School since June 2021.

Resources

No financial contribution needed, however Mrs Wicks offers her time to attend governor meetings /trainings /appeals panels etc.

Impact

The teacher is able to share her own best practice on matters such as safeguarding, recruitment and retention, management, financial control, inspections, teaching and learning initiatives.

Pupil Involvement

11-18 Mixed comprehensive school.

Frequency

3 meetings per term plus training events and link governor meetings.
