Pupils from St Marylebone School attend careers events at Francis Holland

Francis Holland School offers six careers events per year and girls from St Marylebone School are invited to them all. Small numbers take part on each occasion.

Aims

The aim is to avoid duplication and to share best practice in careers education - especially as regards careers education for young women and girls.

The two schools have an established link across a number of areas.

Impact

There is a qualitative impact in good careers education. The impact can be lasting.

Pupil Involvement

On each occasion some fifty to eighty participants join to listen to an expert in a different field of careers. There is always an opportunity for questions and answers. Usually the majority of attendees are from Francis Holland - a small number will come from St Marylebone.

Frequency

Six times a year.
