Digital Photography Course

In partnership with the Sir Hubert Von Herkomer Foundation, UCS hosts digital photography courses which are attended by UCS and WA pupils. The pupils work together on aspects of photography and their work is displayed in an annual exhibition at a gallery in the West End of London.

“I enjoyed having the creative freedom to explore my own ideas. We used professional cameras and I have learned about shutter speed and how we can play at different speeds when outside and creating animated photos - including capturing a jump when mid-air! I loved learning how to create double exposures and making layered photographs. I will definitely use what I have learned. I am a film student and will need to factor this in when on my shoots!"
