Transport for Drama Event

We provided transport for 13 children and two staff from Hertford St Andrews to attend a drama workshop at Haileybury College.

Aims

To provide the means of transport for children from Hertford St Andrews to attend a drama workshop at Haileybury College.

Without SJITP providing the transport the school would not have been able to participate in this event as the cost of hiring coaches or minibus transport was prohibitive.

Background

The partnership with HSA is a longstanding one, entering its 11th year. We discuss needs / requirements with the administration team from HSA to see where our resources can can support the school.

Resources

One minibus was used with a driver. The driver in question was a teacher using their own PPA time to drive the minibus to and from Haileybury College.

13 Year 6 children and two staff for the afternoon session (3 hours). there was no financial contribution required for the event from HSA.

Impact

The children and staff all reported back that they had "the best time".
