'Pop Lacrosse' - sport workshops with local schools
This project was run by our sixth form girls who organised Lacrosse workshops for students from a variety of year groups with children in the local primary school who wouldn’t otherwise have had this opportunity.
They planned an afternoon, teaching the children a number of different skills before running a variety of different games for them. They worked hard to engage children who were out of their comfort zone whilst also seeking to stretch those who were very able.
