Montague Park Primary sports afternoon

To provide a sports afternoon for Year 1 and 2 students at Montague Park Primary School.

Aims

Holme Grange student ambassadors to lead sessions on the 23rd and 30th June 2019. 

Sports Ambassadors - Year 8 - Netball, Cricket, Football - Year 1/2 - 50 pupils.

Background

A link has been created with Montague Park School (State Primary) to give our Student Ambassadors the opportunity to lead in their specialised areas. Aims were to inspire Year 1 and 2 with role models from Holme Grange. Holme Grange went to Montague Park to lead these sessions on their school site.

Impact

Holme Grange Ambassadors had the opportunity to lead in their areas (Cricket, Netball, Football), to students external of the school. Opportunities to build confidence and to be older role models.
