Assisting with research into storytelling in maths

Dr N Vincent Trakulphadetkrai, who researches storytelling in maths, came in to work with our Year 4 students to help him develop a test that will help him with how children understand the concept of multiplication. 

He is working on a large study with state schools only (so we could not take part) but we helped him out with his developing of material that will be used in this study.

Impact

Hopefully this will enable Dr N Vincent Trakulphadetkrai to create a system that will help children in the state system better understand multiplication.
