Ashford Sports Festivals

Ashford School is the annual host for a range of local sports festivals in football, hockey and rugby. 

Aims

Provide local sports organisations and partnerships an outstanding facility and logistical support to enable them to run their annual fesitvals. 

Resources

Ashford School provides the physical resources (pitch and astro) as well as referees and officials in the form of senior Ashford School pupils.

 

The Ashford School sports department provides logistical and administrative support. 

Pupil Involvement

Well over 40 schools at each event bringing squads of 10 - meaning 400 pupils per event and over 1000 overall. 

Frequency

Festivals happen yearly across the year, on average of one per term.
