Geography Day

40 primary school children from Tysoe CofE Primary School and William Morris School were invited to Tudor Hall to participate in a 'Geography Gameshow'.

Aims

To benefit from the geographical knowledge of the presenter who drew the world map from memory and taught different ways of remembering world geography. 

Background

The geography gameshow primary day is something that Tudor have been doing for a number of years.

Resources

Time of Geography department and payment to the presenter. 

Impact

As the world map was drawn the children were invited up to answer questions. The gameshow was won by a student at Tysoe school and the finished world map was displayed at Tysoe. 

Pupil Involvement

Year 6 pupils from the primary schools and sixth form Geography students from Tudor Hall
