STEAM Conference

This was an exciting conference focusing on developing students understanding in Science, Maths, Design Technology, Engineering, Art, and teamwork.

The girls were given the chance to develop their knowledge and understanding in all areas of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics). They used their imaginations to design and code a robot using a selection of Tudor Hall resources and teaching staff. The robots were then presented to parents and each girl received a certificate for their involvement in the day.

Aims

Tudor Hall works tirelessly with their own students to open their eyes to a wealth of opportunities and experiences in the world of STEAM. We always like to share these ideas and challenges with the local community to help develop understanding of working in the STEAM subjects.

Resources

All of the Tudor Hall resources and teaching staff were used for this event.

Impact

This had a significant impact on all pupils. All girls involved learnt a great deal about STEAM subjects.

Pupil Involvement

Pupils were in year 5.
