Psychology Conference with Wykham Park Academy
The A Level psychology students from Tudor Hall School and Wykham Park Academy went to a Psychology conference in London.
Aims
The students from Wykham Academy shared the Tudor Hall coach to enable them to attend the conference in London.
This conference was aimed at improving the students understanding of the A Level psychology course.
Background
The link came about from network of communication between the psychology teachers at both establishments.
Resources
Tudor Hall paid for the coach to take the students to London.
Impact
This trip had a positive effect on consolidating classroom learning and acting as a tool for revision in preparation for their A level exams.
Pupil Involvement
Students aged 16-18 were involved from both Wykham Park Academy and Tudor Hall School, 12 students in total.
Frequency
This was a single event which occurred in March, but due to its success is likely to be repeated for other school trips in future.
