Our specialist drama teacher visits Nash Mills once a week to deliver drama lessons to Year 5.

To build skills in drama such as acting,signing and dancing

To encourage the children to show empathy through acting

According to the teachers, pupils show more confidence, resilience and the ability to show empahty to each other and to characters in their scripts.

They can collaborate in teams and work to their strengths. It has encouraged pupils to take part in productions or join clubs outside school.
