A variety of cross-sector partnerships

Our cross-sector partnership programme for the 2023/24 academic year consisted of the following:-

Eight local primary schools engaged in partnership activity throughout the year, involving over 600 primary school pupils

Over 150 hours of weekly enrichment activity delivered throughout the year. Subject areas include reading support, drama, art and PE

130 St Swithun’s pupils and staff involved in the programme

30 hours of swimming pool hire, tuition and transport provided for five local primary schools (saving each school £3.5k, on average)

Transport support, allowing over 350 primary school pupils to attend educational days and co-curricular events off-site

An events programme which welcomed over 100 primary school pupils to St Swithun’s to take part in sport and drama activities, delivered by St Swithun’s pupils and staff

A lecture programme attended by students from local secondary school and sixth foom colleges.
