Sir Antony Browne Society Debates

We invite students from the partner school to attend our debating society lectures, especially if there are notable public speakers such as Jack Straw or Lord Williams.

Aims

The aim is for the partner school to be able to benefit from this academic enrichment.

Background

Our Head of Politics invited the partner school to prominent talks and they accepted.

Resources

The sessions run anyway, just a few more chairs needed.

Impact

Students from the partner school have a more rounded understanding of areas in politics, the arts, religion and the media.

Pupil Involvement

Approximately 15 Sixth Form pupils.

Frequency

Weekly during term time.
