A Level Classical Civilisation Teaching

Teachers from Brentwood School Classics Department have taken over the running of the Classical Civilisation A Level course at Brentwood Ursuline School. This is a huge commitment which staff have willingly undertaken on top of their normal teaching duties and with no additional recompense.

Aims

To allow the partner school to continue to offer this course.

Background

A teacher at the school approached our Headmaster to ask if we would be willing to take on the teaching as they don't have the resources.

Resources

One or two teachers each week.

Impact

Pupils at the partner school can continue to study the classics with a view to continuing these studies at university.
