Mulemi Community School, Zambia

One of our School houses help to raise funds and occasionally travels out to help with building projects.

Aims

The aim is to cointinue to develop links with a build a community school in Zambia, to enable young African children to benefit from a structured education.

Background

A former Business Studies teacher approached us and asked us to get involved.

Resources

We offer time raising money, with charity events and cake sales, and also pupils to travel to Zambia and take part.

Impact

The impact will be assessed when we see how it has affected the lives of Zambian children.

Pupil Involvement

There are approx 100 pupils involved, and 200 pupils at Brentwood in the house raising money.
