Register & Be a Lifesaver (R&Be) Recruitment

Every year, representatives from Anthony Nolan deliver a PD assembly on blood and bone marrow donation. This is followed up by a half-day event, where Sixth Form students register to be a lifesaver. BGS is the current record holder as the school/college with the most successfully matched donors to recipients. We have had 3 students successfully donate bone marrow (Jack Coen, Joe Rowbottam and Richard Lansbury); more than any other school/college in the UK.
