OPEN Mathematical Enrichment Conference

Led by colleagues from OPEN LP partner school Thomas Deacon Academy, our online OMEC conferences saw children from across the region engage with exciting mathematical content. Children enjoyed working together on problems and participating in team quizzes with prizes

Aims

To offer stretch and challenge for capable mathematicians as well as teacher training opportunities. 

Background

Events run three times a year for able and interested mathematicians ranging from Year 5 – Year 10.

Impact
