New Teacher Development initiative with KMT teacher training

During January, King's School Rochester are hosting five trainee teachers, for four days each week for a six-week period.

The teachers come from local schools - The Malling School; Strood Academy; Brompton Academy; Thomas Aveling and are working with our pupils from Year 7 until the upper sixth across a range of academic subjects.

To give work exposure to junior teachers

Resources

This requires classroom support from King's staff and an administrator to support all the activities.

This involves classes of pupils from year 7 to the upper 6th

Frequency

This is for 24 working days each for the 5 trainees, working 4 days a week.
