Enterprise Week Charity Fundraising
As part of Enterprise Week, Upper Two pupils worked collaboratively in House teams to organise a range of fundraising activities in support of charities chosen by the children themselves. Pupils developed business ideas, created games and stalls, promoted their chosen charities and encouraged the wider school community to take part.
The event provided children with opportunities to develop teamwork, leadership, communication and entrepreneurial skills while raising money for a number of important causes including Cancer Research UK, Great Ormond Street Hospital, the British Heart Foundation and Dementia UK.
The school hall was transformed into a vibrant fundraising space filled with games, activities and food stalls. Pupils from across the school supported the initiative enthusiastically and helped raise significant funds for charity.
