The Saturday Series

The Saturday Series was launched in September 2022 and is a two-year programme of events (one a term) that pupils in Year 4-6 can attend.

The first event in the series is ‘Explore the World’ which involves activities themed around French, Spanish, Mandarin and Business.

The second event in the series is ‘Spy School’ which involves maths, computing and English based activities.

The third event in the series is ‘The Time Traveller’s Guide to Chester’ which involves History, Classics, Geography and Drama.

Impact

Local primary school pupils take part a range of free activities at Queen’s, developing skills across a variety of subjects they may not otherwise experience. They also develop their social skills, meeting new friends.

This event is part of a carousel of Saturday Sessions over two academic years (One event each term) so will run every two years.
