Teddies UP!

Teddies UP! is an 18-week Saturday school programme for Year 6 pupils at primary schools in Oxford, designed to give them the best possible start to their secondary school education. The programme develops the fundamental skills and knowledge which underpin the requirements of the National Curriculum. The lessons are taught by Teddies teachers and are supported by Lower sixth pupils as a part of the Teddies Collaborates programme.

Teddies UP! focuses on three main areas: STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths), oracy (public speaking and presenting) and MFL. Pupils have the opportunity to learn a new language, to understand how to construct debate and to develop their coding skills – all in a stimulating and fun environment.
