SPORTS DAYS the LP WAY

At Leighton Park we support local state primary schools such as Redlands Primary School with running effective sports days.

Using our Year 10 Sports Leaders and specialist staff, we visit schools in the Summer term to support them with this high profile event for their students and parents.

From organising races and taking times to judging specific events, no task is too much for our dedicated student sports leaders who use their passion for sport to help others participate in a school sports day.

Aims

Through these days we aim to raise the profile of sport in schools.

We aim to promote healthier lifestyles to KS1 and KS2 students.

We model best practice in sports through our sports leaders.

We share resources and most importantly build community.

Background

The Redlands Primary School sports day in Palmer Park is in its fourth year.
