Sporting Charity Partnership with Lord's Taverners
Felsted has a national reputuation for delivering cricket excellence in terms of coaching, fixtures and facilities.
Felsted recognises the privilege its pupils have to attend a school such as Felsted and as such strives to makes a difference to those less fortunate by offering its facilities to the Lord's Taverners for their regular girls' cricket coaching and also for their annual Summer Holiday Camp.

Felsted School has always been mindful of its role in public service and strives to makes a difference to those less fortunate by offering our facilities to the Lord's Taverners for their regular girls' cricket coaching and also for their regular Summer Holiday Wicketz Camp.
Background
Felsted's Director of Cricket works closely with professionals in the world of cricket. The good work of Lord's Taverners in supporting those less privileged is well known in the world of cricket and as such Felsted is delighted to support such a dedicated charity and has been doing so for a number of years.
Resources
Lord's Taverners works closely with our Lettings and Grounds departments to ensure that facilities are available and ready when they need them.
They also work closely with our Director of Cricket and the Felsted Marketing Department to ensure their work is well recognised amongst our Felsted community.
Impact
Feedback from the Wicketz Camps in particular are unanimous in the impact of staying somewhere like Felsted. Many children have not been to the countryside before or experienced a holiday.
Pupil Involvement
Children from the age of approximately 7 to 18 benefit from the Wicketz Holiday Programme at Felsted School each summer.
Frequency
Felsted supports this charity during the cricket season for local girls' coaching and in the summer for the Wicketz Summer Camp.
