DSL Advanced Training

A host of local schools coming together to share best practice, seek advice and support when upskilling knowledge in advanced safeguarding and child protection certifications.

Aims

To make closer links to ensure the safety and well-being of all our children and young people in our care.

Background

DSL training needs to be undertaken every two years and hosting an in-house event, it enables more colleagues to be able to participate.

Resources

Hosted by Oakwood School with 'All Training Matters'.

Impact

To be fully versed and up-to-date with safeguarding, child protection, mental health and well-being.

Pupil Involvement

This cascades out to protect and support every pupil in our schools.
