Classics Partnership with Kelmscott School

Kelmscott School in Walthamstow has a growing Classics Department and Greek Society. Bradfield's Classics Department and Greek Theatre make a relationship between the two schools an obvious and successful partnership. The partnership is in its infancy but is developing and will hopefully prove to be sustainable and mutually beneficial. 

Aims

Sharing of resources, expertise and ideas to promote and grow the subject in both schools. 

A critical factor of success is constant communication to ensure that all parties are benefitting from the relationship. 

Resources

Members of both Classics Departments meet regularly to share ideas and resources. There are plans to explore the possibility of trips, collaborations on plays and teacher/ pupil exchanges. 

Frequency

Half termly departmental meetings.
