Peer Mentoring

We supported senior staff and students to set up a Peer Mentoring scheme and use the online App Tootoot.

Aims

Skipton Girls wanted to introduce a Peer Mentoring scheme to support the emotional and academic needs of their students.

Evidence of success is the scheme in place and working well at Skipton.

Students are the immediate beneficiaries. Staff have greater awareness of the anxieties plaguing students and can better support them.
