Into the White - Geography Workshop

200 pupils from four local primary schools attended an interactive presentation from guest speaker and author Joanna Grochowicz. 

Aims

Pupils spent the afternoon in our Theatre taking part in an interactive session where Joanna spoke about adventures of Antartic travel. Visiting pupil were able to learn about the history behind these stories and take part in the interactive sessions by asking questions and getting up on stage to play the part of certain characters.

Impact

The pupils that attended benefited from Joanna's knowledge and story telling. Enabling them to be part of an interative session in our Theatre and learn some of the history of Antartic travel.
