Interactive Spanish Theatre

Wellington pupils and pupils from local schools enjoyed The Life of Lazarillo de Tormes, performed by Firewalk Theatre. This is a bilingual production, English and Spanish, of a Spanish folk tale from the 16th Century. The play looks back on the life of a Town Crier, Lazarillo, revisiting events from his life that shaped the character he is today.

Presenting Spanish language theatre to a range of pupils.

Resources

This production was put on in the School's Great Hall and over 100 pupils from local schools were invited to attend at no coat.

Impact

This will support that language development of pre- GCSE pupils.
