Impact Statement
Cool to be Curious Is a two year programme with 12 local primary schools lead by Putney High School in collaboration with the Roehampton University.Ark Putney - Sixth Form student exchange + Oxbridge Application and Interview preparation. Attendance at PIE/PIE+ events and PIE2 Conference. Trainee Teachers hosted for 2-week placement. Trainee Teachers hosted for ‘Progress + Assessment Day’
Oxford High School – Year 12-13 Religious Studies students support each other through A Level Spec. Visits twice per year
Research Symposium – Termly meetings attended with UCL, Eton College, and University School Hampstead
Coaching – Training provided to the teachers of Kensington Prep and Rugby school, on coaching, via Graydin
Brazilian Delegates – Visitors invited to Putney High School to experience and learn about the school.
LRTT (Limited Resources Teacher Training) – Teachers volunteering in LEDCs to help improve and develop Teaching + Learning across the world.
Putney High School is the regional host for London Schools Floor and Vault competition. We have links with secondary schools via Wimbledon Ball Girls, Putney High School hosts training.
Battle of the schools quiz events in support of Greenmead School.
Approximately half of year 12 annually volunteer at Ronald Ross + Granard School for 1 hour per week to help improve literacy for disadvantaged students or support with netball outside.
