Under 11 mixed Tag Rugby tournament

As part of the national school games partnership we facilitated the competition that leads on to area school games events.

To offer sporting opportunities for all Primary School children within the area.

For our pupils to become event journalists and photographers for the day.

To offer a competitive environment for local HE college student to complete their rugby referee qualification.

Prestfelde School offered the sporting facilities free of charge as this had been a barrier to involvement previously.

Use of facilities.

Umpires, scorers.

Refreshments.

Schools working in partnership to celebrate and promote mixed tag rugby.

The children took part as part of their community.

They all participated in different roles such as reporter and photographers.

It started as a one off event but due to its success it will take place again this year.
