Staff Training

INSET sessions are held during throughout the year and local nurseries are invited to attend.

To share best practice and new ideas.

Partnerships with local nurseries has been fostered over recent years.

Facilities, non-teaching and teaching staff. Outside professionals come in to lead the training sessions. No financial contribution is asked for.

Evidence of impact can be seen in the classroom and in the pupils.

Staff gain knowledge and confidence in specific areas.

Pupils are not involved directly, but benefit from the training of staff.
