Sharing facilities

St. Andrew's provides access to a number of facilities for pupils from local schools. These include;  

- The loan of  minibuses free of charge.

- Access to the sports fields

-  The cricket club use the brand new cricket nets and St. Andrew's provide a hired portaloo for their use. The grounds are also occasionally used for matches on a Sunday.

 

Aims

By loaning the minibuses St.Andrew's enabled the families to save on the substantial transport costs for school trips.

Impact

The immediate beneficiaries are all the pupils from participating schools. Sharing facilities and resources saves local schools money which can be spent elsewhere.
