Archaeology of Languages
Ludgrove has organised that it Classics Teacher visits St Crispins each week to teach the more able Year 7 English students the archaeology of languages.
Aims
Ludgrove identified that the more able English students in the entry year at St Crispins would receive an enhanced understanding of the subject if they receive tuition in the archaeology of languages from a classics teacher. This is something that would stretch their abilities and spark an ambition to tackle more challenging opportunities outside of their normal lessons. This was not available within the secondary school.
