Summer Challenge Workshops

KEHS has run a series of Summer Challenge workshops aimed at teachers and pupils in Years 4 and 5. in 2020 there will be some innovative hands-on interactive lessons in Science, Maths and English, with up to 20 places available per school.

Background

We identified a need from several local primary schools for more collaborative work to support their able and gifted primary school pupils. In the summer term, we vary our programme of activities, and in recent years, there have been sessions focusing on Geography, History, Robotics, Drama, Science, Spanish. French Maths and English.  

Frequency

This outreach event runs each year in the summer term.
