St Alphege Primary School Partnership

Solihull School is forging greater links with St Alphege Infant and Junior School, which is a little over 200 yards from our own school gates. This is a new partnership and one that we are really excited to develop. Use of our Prep School swimming pool each week has already been put in place, and groups of Year 8 pupils have been facilitating wellbeing lessons.

Frequency

This is a link that has been reinvigorated in 2023-4.

We have committed to the following:

- sending sixth form / middle school reading volunteers;

- providing mindfulness training/ activities on Mental Health Day;

- provision of our theatre facilities for the summer production;

- weekly provision of our swimming pool for their PE curriculum.
