Reynalds Cross School partnership

Our staff and students work closely with pupils at this special school.  Academic, sporting, drama, dance and music links have been established.  Our grounds team have also helped with the grounds and gardening club.

Background

Reynalds Cross is a long standing partner school. The school provides specialist education for pupils with additional learning needs.

Resources

We use our own facilities and visit Reynalds Cross with teachers and pupils for the many activities.

Solihull School partners with Reynalds Cross in some of the following ways:

- Sixth form volunteers support with learning and activity afternoon;

- The provision of music for the school's events;

- Fundraising for equipment;

- The provision of workshops at Solihull School in e.g. art and computing;

- The provision of teaching materials e.g. for dance workshops.

Pupil Involvement

All pupils at the partner school.

Many of our older senior school pupils.

Frequency

Ongoing relationship. We seek to both deepen and extend our link each academic year.
