Sharing swimming pool facilities with local schools

Every Friday afternoon, pupils from Great Kingshill Church of England Combined School have full use of the school's swimming facilities.

Aims

To enable pupils at Great Kingshill School to develop their swimming abilities to enable all pupils to achieve the requirements of the KS2 PE curriculum.

Background

Partnership established due to links between the PE department and Great Kingshill school. This partnership started in 2015.

Full use of the swimming pool and changing facilities.

Ensuring that all pupils develop water confidence and improved swimming strokes.
